The trouble with squinkies

So Giulianna, my sweet child that puts EVERY THING in her mouth, has now swallowed one of her new squinkies.  Squinkies, in case you are wondering, are tiny little soft rubbery collectibles, in this case, hello kitty figures, that children love to trade and tote around for no reason at all.  Collecting squinkies is the new thing.  The trouble is, that Giulianna and squinkies probably should have never mixed.  The temptation to eat one was just too much for her it seems and now I am stuck with the quandry of whether or not to call the pediatrician or just ride it out until it shows up elseware....
